I confess, I’ve been planning to start a real estate blog for a long time.
With a big redesign of our website, I decided the time was finally ripe to take the plunge.
My real estate team
I’m a real estate agent and the owner of Lynn Hayes Properties, a wonderful and happy real estate company that is dedicated to helping people in the Triangle transition through important phases of their lives with care and ease. Our office is located in Carrboro, but between us we cover the entire Triangle including Chatham County and Pittsboro, Durham, and the Raleigh/Cary area.
As Realtors we don’t just sell houses – every time someone moves from one home to another it is usually because of an important event in their life. Maybe they are getting married. Or moving across the country. Perhaps they are starting a new job, or a new life after a divorce. These periods are crucial times and at Lynn Hayes Properties we feel it’s our job to make the process smooth so that our clients can take care of the things that are really important.
So why this blog?
There are so many wonderful things about living in the Triangle. Each community has its own flavor, and I’d like to share that with you. In these pages I plan to bring you new restaurants and new housing developments – exciting performances and news about the local economy.
