Hi – my name’s Lynn Hayes.
Ever since I first landed on West Franklin Street in 1979, I have been in love with the entire Chapel Hill/Carrboro metropolitan area which encompasses Chatham County and Pittsboro, Hillsborough and the rest of Orange County, and much of Durham as well.
When you live in the Southern Part of Heaven, as Chapel Hill has been called for generations, you have easy access to Raleigh and Cary as well. The entire Triangle area is your backyard.
I’ve been a Realtor since 1982, facilitating successful moves and helping newcomers make a home here. Stay awhile and find out more about why the Triangle is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live in the US.
